Peter and Andy Partridge recorded the album over a number of years, the tragic love story of Orpheus and Eurydice is retold with words and music through an alchemy of sounds.

I’ve enjoyed every bit of “Orpheus”. It’s a great work, and this audio poetic trip is a real success. The Blegvad/Partridge meeting on this free project has resulted in an artistic alchemy that, personally, I’d like to see again in the future!
I happened upon the podcast of Peter somehow and ended up ordering the CD. Though I haven’t come across anything quite like it, this is great stuff! Well done Peter and Andy and by all means find some time to do another!
